Refund Policy

-   If the custom engraving has not physically started, the owner is able to cancel the order for free.

-   Once the engraving process has started, it cannot be stopped or undone. Therefore no full refund is available.

​

-   If the owner is not satisfied with the final outcome, JF Engravings and the owner will converse until a scenario has been made where both parties are satisfied.

​

-   If the final outcome matches the agreed upon, signed contract, then JF Engravings is not required to offer any form of refund.

​

-   JF Engravings is not responsible or liable for the gunstock if it gets damaged or lost during the shipping process.

​

-   All gun slings are available for cancelation up until one day before it will be shipped out or picked up, unless it has a custom name or brand on it. Therefore, it will make it not available for cancelation.

​

-   If the customer is not happy with the outcome of the gun sling JF Engravings will cinverse with the customer to figure out a scenario that will make both parties satisfied.

​

-   If the gun sling matches the request from the customer and has no damages, JF Engravings is not required to offer a refund.
